Senior Project Manager – Underground Utility Construction

We are currently expanding our team and are in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our projects to success.
Job Description:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing underground utility construction projects for renewable energy sources. Your expertise in project management will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. Your ability to lead teams, liaise with clients, and coordinate with various stakeholders will be key to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of underground utility construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site visits and travel to various project locations as required.
- Coordinate with engineers, construction teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company safety protocols.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
- Foster a collaborative and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in underground utilities and/or renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
