Horizontal Directional Drilling
Horizontal Directional Drilling offers significant environmental advantages over other traditional installation methods. We directional drill anything from ½” to 24” pipe and install it in various ground conditions, using various size drill rigs to match the project needs.
Plowing
Cable plowing is a cost-effective way to install utilities underground with minimal ground disturbance. We provide a variety of plowing applications from plowing in direct cable to innerduct/cable packages in triplex formations.
Trenching / Excavating
We have various equipment to do all applications of trenching and excavating to assist with the boring and plowing aspects.
Rock Sawing
We are able to rock saw when boring and plowing is not attainable. Allows us to accurately and precisely cut through different types of rock.
Hydro Excavation
Hydro Excavating is a safe and effective way to locate existing facilities to help with our underground construction. We also sub out our hydro-excavating to help other contractors with their work.
Pipe Fusion
To help with our drilling process, our crews fuse different pipe so our drills are able to pull it underground. We use a pipe-fusing machine to join our pipe together using heat and pressure.

In what geographical area does your company work?
We currently do a majority of our work in Wisconsin but have started projects in Iowa and are looking to expand our work across the United States.
Do you have a safety program?
Safety is one of our core values at Badgerland Connections. We have a head safety manager as well as an extensive safety program.
Are you part of a union?
Our crew consists of local 139 operating engineers and local 2150 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
